what are these fifa 13 accounts all about, everyone seems to have made around 100 or more and im a little confused as to what they are, how do you make them? what is the purpose of making them? where can i make them? can someone just explain?!!?!?!?!?

basic silver accounts that people say if you get to level 5 on fifa 12 UT then you get 3 free packs on fifa 13 so people are abusing the offer and making multiple accounts
