Watching this video pisses me off. These high school drop outs known as cops think they own the **** streets because some retard gave them a gun and a badge. If you ask me, I think cops should only have a gun on hand when the scenario presents itself, otherwise incoherent shit like this happens.

I see nothing wrong here they needed to attend to the homeless man having a sezuire and the dog wouldn't let them brave and awesome dog btw. Time is essential.

I would say the police officer did the correct thing initially by shooting the dog. Although this may sound stereotypical, pitbulls are known for their brutality (not the dogs fault, I know), but also, the cop may have felt threatened, I know I would have done. However, the dog was clearly still alive after it was shot and yet the cops stood there and let it suffer - that is not on! They should have shot it again to put it out of its misery.
