I just bought GTA 4 today off steam and I'm trying to play multiplayer. Every time I try to join a game it says loading and then it says disconnected from game session. Can anyone help?

Ever sense MvM came out steam has crashed alot due to the crashing is has made GTA social club or the GTA servers become unjoinable most of the time.
