Some of these setupds sound simple yet still a huge jump as to what this thread would have said just a few years ago.
i know mine would have said.
Ps1 and xbox on a .... about 26" fat as hell tv that almost took up my room.
the pc i would have used.
windows 98 0.0000001ghz single core if any core cpu.
Ball of dust 0gb graphics card and another fat as hell monitor with built in 1w speakers.

I used to use a projector 200" screen but the bulb blew and was 300 to fix.
this was when cod 2 was the best game out.
Still is pretty good if u ask me.


I admire your 200 inch screen, its 2 times as big as mine.

Do you remember what projector you had? my bulb recently blew and my family just replaced the projector because the one that blew was from 2002, not even 720p haha

That sucks. i recently moved and the house i moved into had a old home theater in it from 2002,(when the house was built). The bulb blew after playing in 480p for a few days straight. Then we got a epson 6010, and a ps3 so we could watch 3d blu rays and such. the bulb in the new projector now has over 2000 hours on it from me just watching 3d and playing on xbox live.

as long as the projector isnt move around too much the bulb can last ages.
mine was moved almost ever 2 weeks.lol
but sonds like a good setup u got there anyway mate.
hows the 3d on it look? is it active or just the glasses like from the cinema?

Sadly its active... but i have enough pairs of glasses for 7 people. the 3d is quite amazing and the projector came out this January so its newer technology than others. its a lot to explain, and i could get in to tons of detail about it..
