Its really actually pretty simple. first you need to find THE booster. they're the douchebags that lose on purpose and have say 500exp in the playlist but have a very low rank in it at the same time. The Booster deranks to lose many games in a row to level down so that when they play with someone to "Boost" them bungie sees it as they won with a kid that looks like he sucks at the game since he loses so much which gives the other kid a better level up (usually a 2-5 jump depending on the level that theyre at. no all accounts go up fast the best way to get boosted is to have not many loses in the playlist without that much exp in it either
