Ok, so I got console banned today and I have a one month warranty from gamestop. My idead was to brake the console or do something to it so I can return the damn thing and get a new one. Any ideas on what I can do and what does the warranty actually cover? Thanks.

Well, im not sure if that would work but you got to make it seem like you didnt actually brake it. You need to make it seem like a console problem.

IDK What The Warranty Covers But If You Are Gonna Break It Then Dont Make It Obvious That you Broke It. Like Dont Smash It Or Anything Lol

I know i can't really make it too obvious. But I dont have the right tools to open the xbox up or anything. I was thinking maybe i could like open up the disk tray and then sticking something into the xbox and try to make it not turn on.

You have to break it to where it's un-repairable. Try opening the xbox then taking the fan out. Run it for a few hours until it r-rods. Close it up and take it in for replacement.
EDIT: Didn't see that you couldn't open the xbox. Just keep it away from water, if it has water damage they won't replace it.
