I recently bought a pair of Tritton detonator stereo Headset from best buy about 2 weeks ago. I went on vacation and bought them in the states and im from Canada. But i used them on my computer for about the first week and a half cause i didn't have my xbox live. But i just got my Live so i hook them up to my xbox when im in a party with people there saying its making a loud sound and can barley hear me. They said it sounds like its buzzing and its hard to hear me. There brand new so i don't know what would be wrong with them. Some one please help me?
