Hey i'm using a frost death knight, but i'm more PvE, i see you have some PvP, so i'm guessing you're wanting to do PvP? If thats the case, i'd use blood spec, purely as you get more stamina and healing abilities. However if you want my opinion on PvE frost spec. I would make your your attributes you go for are
1. Strength
2. Stamina
3. Haste (increased attack speed)
4. Critical Srike
5. Hit Rating
6. Mastery rating

As for tips on getting high DPS. (This is my preference, use if you desire) Is to use Frost Two-handed axe/sword/mace and use unholy pressence. Hit Obliterate twice and howling blast twince (this should fill up runic power pretty fast) then spam frost strike till you can't use it anymore. Then repeat. (If you run out of runes then either refresh runes with the 5 minute cool down. Or use the blood tap then gives you 2 runes back. 1 min cooldown.) On bosses you can choose unholy or frost but i find unholy better, and use minions for boss fights.

Also another good tip is to set up a macro for howling blast, as when you're aiding with many people or in dungeons, you waste time trying to find something to attack, so it's good to have a macro of howling blast, so you can still fo Ranged DPS while targeting your next enemy. So the macro should be

/cast Auto Attack
/cast Howling Blast

It's up to you whether you do this, i just find it helpful to quickly target enemies from a distance, rather than going to click them
