Hello People of TTG, I'm curious of what you think is better, Console or PC Gaming, they both have their ups and downs, what do you guys prefer?

I personally am a PC gamer because it is a better experience in my opinion.

Some Valid Points of PC vs. Console
Mustaine wrote I'm a console and PC gamer, but there's several reasons why I prefer the PC.

- Framerate (Doesn't apply to all titles.); the framerate is often smoother on PC and you can see/pick up on more detail and more fluid animation cycles. If you have a good monitor, it's less of a strain on your eyes as well.

- The control axis; If you've ever played Call of Duty, and then played another FPS.. you'll likely notice that the axises are different. Games like Call of Duty have smooth aiming where you can rotate your right joystick, and swipe your gun in a full circle motion. However, some games have axises that are heavily dependent on the X and Y, not the inbetween. This means that you could fluidly swipe your gun to the left or right, up or down, but angles aren't very precise, making it harder to aim in a lot of cases.

- Mouse control; A mouse goes wherever you tell it to. You point somewhere, you're aiming there. A joystick can only snap to certain grid positions based on how far you push it over or how long you hold it over.

- Customization; For games in the Call of Duty series, making your own server with custom maps, guns and everything else accustomed to your liking.. is all just a recipe of files. The "Jtagged," lobbies can be normal lobbies on PC, if a server manager chooses to do that with his server.

It's really up to the player, because the games are essentially the same.

Some people just can't adjust to the layout of PC gaming, and feel more comfortable with a controller in their hands.

I only have a console so I have no say about the PC, but I enjoy console because most of my friends have an Xbox instead of a PC.

Edit; On PC, the control axis is not there, as I said below, it's mouse control perfection.

Pc gaming just because you have a machine that does everything you need to do. why have 2 seperate machines to play video games and browse internet and do work and etc... while you can have it all in one area.

also gamestop<steam
