I'm just wondering if the mr. Sandman glitches still work and if there is anyone I can still use it on for unlimited xp? Thanks

No but you could try to clear your cache and do it.
This is a bit slow but if you get a high explosives skill and put it on very hard go to Craterside Supply in Megaton. Once there go behind the wall the merc leans on. Drop a mine close to the back of the wall behind him and disarm it. If it doesn't beep you aren't placing it close enough. It can be tiresome but it works.

The mister Sandman glitch is patched but if you clear your cache you can do it...

The glitch does still work :S I tried it a week ago and I did it fine. Im not insulting your intelligence daedric but it definantly worked for me when I tried
