if you do not know what the above mean i shall give you my description of them below:
HTML: Hyper Text Markup Language is what it stands for and it is the code that renders your website.

CSS: Cascading Style Sheet, it defines the specific dimensions, colours, positions etc. of a specific element in HTML

PHP: server side script, this is used to create login forms, polls, forums, and even a news feature. you can use it to recieve/add infomation to a SQL Database. and you can use "Sessions" which is where you can record who is online, how many people are online etc.

SQL: SQL is a database where you can store infomation

JAVASCRIPT: Javascript is similar to PHP but instead of working out the data before the person viewing the page see's it JAVASCIPT does the code on the page while the user is seeing the page. this is used for livestream (mostly flash but java is possible i think).
