I can name 5 rappers off the top of my head that are miles ahead of him, Game, Biggie, HOV, Pac, Nas. Others like Big Pun, Dre, and idk I can't really think, He probably comes up around the 10-15 mark.

No, but he's definitely not the worst. a "best" contender would be Hopsin, Tyler the Creator, anyone from Bone Thugz N Harmony, or anyone from Wu-Tang Clan.

That's just my opinion, i can have one, and personally they are both one of the greatest lyricists alive.
