it is short for "Ventrilo". It is a program that allows you to talk to the other people. It's like skype except you only talk when you hold down a button.

Step 1: Download Ventrilo
Step 2: Make a Username
Step 3: Click the arrow next to server click new get the person to tell you Hostname/IP, Port Number, And password if there is one click done
Step 4: Click Connect and you are done
