Depends how often you play It, I bought It a few months back and I rarely go on it anymore. If you're on BF3 everyday they you may as well

It's worth it trust me, to start off with you get 2 weeks early access to future DLC, Premium only Double XP events, unique in game content, Premium events, strategy guides, videos, bonus content drops (last one was back to karkand) and not forgetting the knife which isn't at all that oh and a few extra assignments & dog tags.
