why were people banned?

It was posted in the enhancements section a few weeks ago, the mod just brushed the problem off as if it didn't exist at all and closed the topic. In fact, he or she didn't even respond to what the Original Poster mentioned about the RSPS spam before closing the topic. Forums/p=25898447.html#25898447

I think phishing topics are no longer really a problem, as they have been posted so many times we all know what they really are by now. I just do not see why they can't make an RSPS section...

Also I have to mention what most of the topics have become now: Simple questions that could have easily been Googled. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy helping people with any problems they might have, but at least 80% of the time I am able to simply Google THEIR problem and find the answer on the first result. Don't even get me started on why the hell people post looking for bot technical help here and not on the Bot's official forum :facepalm:

But yeah, back to the point, there are at least 10-15 members who are here in this section for pretty much the entire day. I'm not hating on the mods, I appreciate that they don't have the time to sit refreshing the Runescape Discussion 24/7, but I think it really can't hurt to at least bring in a mod who cares a little about this section, or at least understands what Runescape is.

I think I may have rambled a bit...
