Is it really not that obvious?

Not another PC elitist who constantly flames console gamers. We buy CS on console because we want to. I cant spend hundreds on a good computer, when there are more important things my money will go towards. I also have friends from work who play console, not PC.

Id like to put in some input. I agree with everyone who has made a point and yes the amount of money we've spent on our xbox probably does add up to about that of a dec PC. But I will say this. I have a laptop, and no source of income but my parents... and we have all been here, im to young for a job and my parents would never think twice about buying me a new computer just so i can play more games. I buy all my own games, and would rather continue than take over a year not buying $60 games to afford a PC and then have no money for games. Sorry for the long post just had a lot to say.

I was debating whether to buy it for PC or xbox, long time CS player here, I ended up going with xbox. Why? Because of three reasons

A. I have CS:S for the computer already.
B. None of my friends play computer games and I'm hoping to open up the CS world to them a bit
C. It was 15 bucks, I don't mind dropping another 15 bucks on the computer version later if I'd like.

Altogether, I'm pretty happy with the choice I made.

It's precisely B. I think the OP knew that but just wanted to rant anyway because he has a miserable life, bless him.

Not all people are PC elitist I agree with him that why in the hell would you buy it on consoles?And I am saying that because it is much better on PC and is made for PC and you don't even need a extremely good PC to run the game.

That's fine if you've already got a PC for it. I'd have to go fork out a couple hundred quid to play a game that I can just buy for 10 on xbox though. You see my point?

Console also has other qualities like multiplayer. It's just a lot simpler on xbox and the majority of your friends/family have one. I'm not saying PC doesn't have its own qualities though.

Oh and the last part of your post.. wasn't this game made for console? The only reason CS:GO is on PC is because the community moaned about it not being on PC. I may be misinformed though.

No am saying that because CS has been based around PC and is a much better game on the PC that is why I am saying that and yes you are misinformed CS:GO was suppose to be made for PC at first when it was barely starting and then they wanted to move it to consoles.And multiplayer on consoles?Dude you have seen nothing compared to CS MP on PC just saying.
