ok so i just flashed my nand to run as a devkit but i cant sign in on anyprofile or make one so what is all good about a dev kit

You will have to make a new profile on the dev kit, you cannot use a retail profile. Yeah can't do much on the dev dash, it's all about what your doing on your computer.
