Go to your nearest place that sells magazines get PC mag they sometimes do PC Computer Deals and Comparisons on the cheapest computers ill try find out which exact magazine but it helps to choose .

If you want a cheap computer you will save the most money buy making it (buying the parts)but if not just look on ebay you only need about 4GB of RAM and a decent hard drive and CPU then you just want a good graphics card really if you want to play games.
