Yeah I'd say California. Don't forget Mission Viejo. They haven't been doing well lately but were one of the best football teams back then. May be one of the best again sometime.

Well check ESPN, they had lots of Highschool games on Aug 24-26 (I went to one of those school (: (shcool pride))

But they should have a football rankings somewhere for highschool last season

I'm pretty sure Texas does.

They take football seriously down there regardless of age or level.

You guys cant just say Texas im saying California and im backing it up with schools who are well known and have won a significant amount of CIF championships in a tough state name some good Texas schools and I guarantee De La Salle who won the CIF championship 10 years in a row and who is ranked 1 2 or 3 every year could beat them.
