I Need a Forum Sig. 650x200 are the sizes. It Needs To Say "Doctor" 3D text and whatever you like to add on to it. The Reward Is 500 Rep. Which Means I will rep you multiple times till it adds up to 500. Here's a Example

do you just want to leave the the a i put a custom background which i think looks good but do you want to put a docter on the side or something like that
