Here is some info on the price for each item (GameStop's price in USD)
Game Only: $59.99 plus tax / 44.99 (UK)
Hardened Edition: $79.99 plus tax / 69 (UK)
Care Package (Prestige) Edition: $179.99 plus tax / 159 (UK)

Nuketown Zombies will be available first to customers who buy one of the two Special Editions, and will be later introduced as an included map in a PAID-FOR DLC later on!

(Please note: The prices were given to me when I went to change my pre-order from the Game Only to the Hardened Edition, and the GameStop employee also informed me about Nuketown Zombies, so he may be lying. The prices are 100% confirmed though)

Also, No info on ELITE 2.0 yet! They may not even include map packs early this year! Once again, nothing is confirmed! My opinion is that ELITE 2.0 will have better features and premium features, but no early DLC!

This video seems to have the best explaining and theories, and it also includes some theories to make the Limited Editions a little better

The Prestige Edition is rumored to have the following:

Remote-controled UAV Flyer (presumably modeled after the Quadrotor Drone).
Exclusive in-game upgrades.
Exclusive Zombie Maps.
Nuketown 2025.
