I downloaded the pre-modded ISO's, do i still need to change any files or can i just burn it straight to the disk..?

Nah dude premodded means all the files are ready so you can burn it straight to the disk however i recommend using files and injecting them yourself cause premidded is always old and shitty but your choice bro
