I Just Sold Three Modded Controllers And Wanted Something Else To Do As A Little Project. So I Decided To Use Some Extra LEDs I Had Laying Around And Make A Custom Xbox 360 Case.
*Note This Is My First Time Doing This So Please Do Not Hate.

Things I Used/Will Use:
-A Dremmel Tool
-A Hot Glue Gun
-A Soldering Iron
-1 Sheet Of Plexiglass
-A Strip Of LEDs
-1 220 Ohms Resistor
-A Drill

Here Is What I Did For This First Picture:
1.I First Drew The Outline Of The Design I Wanted.
2.Next I Took My Drill And Drilled 4 Holes. 1 In Each Corner Of The Shapes. 8 Holes Total.
3.After That I Took An Old Soldering Iron Tip And Roughly Went From Hole To Hole And Cut It Out Leaving Maybe An Inch From Where I Actually Wanted The Cutout To Be.

Leaving Me With This:

This Is What I Was Able To Finish Yesterday:
1.I Took My Dremmel Tool And USed A Sander Bit And Sanded As Good As I Could Around The Edges Of One Of The Shapes.
2.I Hooked Up The LEDs (See A Youtube Video For A Tutorial On How To Do This.)
3.I Put My (Unfinished) Case Back On To See A What It Would ROUGHLY Look Like And This Is What I Have.

The Case Is Done Other Then Paint And ROL's. Here Is A Video Guys. Let Me Know What You Think.

Things To Come:

1.Change ROL LEDs To Blue
2.Custom Paint Xbox

*Feedback Would Be Much Appreciated Guys As I Have Never Done This.

You do not need a dremmel. It just easier. You can use your soldering iron to get really close to the edge and any type of sanding equipment to make it look good.

I lost my iron. I got a hand saw though.

That could work. You would probably get a smoother cut and the dremmel is not the best thing. It spins so fast that it melts the plastic making it sort of hard to do

Good luck guys and I wish I had a Jtag or RGH. I just got rid of mine. :/ It needed a reflow and I did not feel like messing with it.
