i burned the disc image to a disk as thats what it said, i go onto try and install the game and when i hotswap the disk stops spinning anyone know whats wrong? I used this tutorial:https://www.thetechgame.com/Tutorials/id=4068/voice-how-to-mod-gta-tbogt-new-script-mods.html#details

Is it a dual layer disc?
Did you use the right burner?
