If you smoke, you aren't killing yourself. I could smoke water if I felt like it. It's what you smoke which makes the difference. For example, smoking marijuana does not affect the lungs, while smoking a cigarette will lead to lung cancer... ect. Oh and you can smoke water by boiling it and inhaling the vapor in the air, just incase you were confused.

If you smoke, you aren't killing yourself. I could smoke water if I felt like it. It's what you smoke which makes the difference. its does effect the lungs its still smoke it hurts you may not be as harmful but smoke inhalation does hell to your lungs
