I think he might be exaggerating on this occasion, but they are console banning for 20th prestige mods (jtag,, RGH, etc people). I doubt they would console ban for this glitch, they might ban your account but highly unlikely. Most probably a ban from mw3 and a reset.

lol in the video he said he doesn't want to show how to do it until he gets a certain amount of views. This is so fake, they don't even prove with like a screenshot that the account got 20th prestige.
