i have a flashed benq xbox that has been banned awhile ago but i want to update it so i can play new games that recently came out because last time it was updtaed was to play mw2 and was the reason it got banned anyway i have no idea on what i should update it to i hear about LT 3.0 and some other stuff but i cant find out what it is and if i need it

you can flash your dvd drive to lt+ 3.0 thats all you really need, since your xbox is banned you dont need to worry about making full burns of games feel free to pm me if you need more help
