-Deep- wrote Dude you shouldn't ask questions like this on here cause they all say build one and wont accept that you just dont want to build one.

Blah blah blah excuses.

''Don't want to build your own'' = scared 13 year old who's afraid of somehow damaging a component his parents got him and/or = ''overweight and extremely lazy''

**** you.

Seriously, why the **** would you not want to gain a skill, save money, save time, and get better components?

This site is cancer.

there are plenty of adults who don't want to touch a part. Do you know how to draw? Things like this require a grasp of the subject. You may think it's simple, but someone may not. You could take an entire art class and still think drawing is hard and would rather not do it. And if you want art for your house or something leave it to someone else. It's the same exact concept. You can paint your own painting for 3 bucks, but you can buy it for 300.

Do I know how to draw? Yes...not that this is relevant to anything.

Spending an entire year in a class learning a subject =/= watching a 40 minute video that goes over everything.

It's not the same, at all.

Oh it isn't? They classes for building computers, you can go be an intern for Milwaukee's Best PC, people leave it because they realize they just can't grasp the subject. Okay, maybe art was a bad example, think more of woodworking, you put the parts together certain ways and for a lot of people it's easy. For me, it's not so easy, but they can't build a computer (the people who do woodworking), but I can't make a cabinet.

You keep ignoring the subject of PC building and I do not realize why the hell you're doing it.

It's simple - FFS, if you don't believe, believe the guy who did it blindfolded under an hour of time.

It's basically LEGO's.

It will take a lot more time to build / carve something out of wood than to put together already built components in a shell.

Some people just can't do it though. They're afraid, it's okay to be afraid. There's a reason that these computers are sold pre built. It's for the common consumer. I have a friend whose a WoWhead and he's literally never opened his computer and never will, because he doesn't want to. He's not interested in learning it either, he just doesn't want to. Some people are like that. You can't make everyone be like you.

It's not a deal of being afraid or not, it's in regards to being lazy / ignorant which attaches directly to the average consumer.

It's not a matter of wanting someone to be like me, it's me suggesting that they can get better for less since 99.9% of pre-builts on the market are complete and utter crap.

If they don't want to build it, they're doomed and are settling for crap and if you think I am going to sit on the sidelines and not suggest watching a 40 min how to all in one tutorial, you're clearly misinformed on how we run this sub forum.

Well the go and learn how to make the desk you have your computer on. I bet there is some 40 minutes how to video on that. Hell it'll cost a lot less than a computer. Am I calling you ignorant for not doing that? No. And they're not doomed, they'll just have to go and spend more money. These places are supposed to be for support, not for uniformality and making everyone reform to one idea.

Funny thing is, it's a piece of wood and 4 legs that you can buy at IKEA - chances are it'd cost you more to do it yourself and paint it. Anyone can do it with zero experience as long as you have a working hand and a drill.

They have to pay more for less which is ridiculous when the other alternative is so open.

lol paint cost like 2 dollars, and wood costs like 85 cents for a big plank.
