You can rep up to 10 people a day.

Once you rep them it does not take away from any of your rep.

And one last thing, you can leave little comments with the rep!

How?
Because once you give a member any amount of rep it gets sent to them ammediately
They can check who the last person was that gave them rep, buy going to your profile , and so forth.

100 rep points = 1 rep power...
you have 5 points so you can give 5 rep points, you don't loose any.
you can rep 10 times a day and can not rep the same person twice in a row, so you can rep the same user 5 times a day...
ever 25 posts is 1 rep power...

inless a post get's deleted then you might have to get more posts to get rep
