If your email doesn't work, then you can only use your recoveries.

But I have no idea what the recovery question is? If I knew the question, I would know the answer.

Dont know the email?
Dont know the recovery?

I know the email, but whoever has my account changed it. The only proof I have is previous passwords and my credit card details what I used to pay membership with.

If you have the email and password of that email then you can get your account back.
If you don't have the password of the email you first need to get your email password back via your email provider. Then you can recover the account

I've sent the email containing everything to do with the account that I know for sure, and I mean everything, so fingers crossed that it works. And the fact that it takes 4 weeks is just pathetic.

Actually, it only takes 5-10 minutes now. I noticed that the last time I had to recover an account.
