for example if you saying it in a friendly way i think blacks wouldn't mind but screaming nigahh at them is gonna piss them off

To be honest I don't think black people care at all if u call them the n word. It's a word really. Look at any black crayon it will say it too.

People use it on xbox when they don't have a right to. No one does unless a black person allows you to call them that. It's heavily offensive.

I'm black and from my point of view alot of other black people don't care about it but when a different race say it , they cause alot of drama , but I don't care if somebody say it

They're 2 different things.

N i gg -ER is worse because that's what a slave was called. The spelling was with an ER. However, ni (double g) a is acceptable amongst some people because they use it as a term as opposed to saying friend/homie etc...

Also, you've no right to rant on why some black people say the N word. My and your ancestors started calling them Ni(double g) ers in the slave days.

The white man gave them that name and they've adopted it as a friendly term in some cases where the white man used it to insult them/downgrade them.
