Do you have a 12v fan?
If not your console is getting to hot, I suggest replacing your thermal paste, See if it helps

Yeah that's fine if you got a'lot of money to throw away
But keeping it cheap, I would suggest a 80mm case fan, It will make you xbox slightly louder but will keep it cool, Iv had it with a few consoles changed the thermal paste and its been fine Or try a whisper legacy with nitro switch (5v-12v)
