So i want to get a pre built gaming pc (Im 14 and have never built one before)

it is alright for a pre built pc its got the fastest ram the mobo can handle which is 1333 not very fast but ok for the i3 you can always upgrade to 8 gb ram cause it can suppot up to 16 gb but pointless for i3
and i would say add an ssd to it for the os and it should be fine

That's actually decent, but building your own PC is still a much better choice. It takes 2 hours or so to build, and you will never regret it.
