Cooking is a loss by around 600k follow the tuts /guides on youtube and do tune / lobster / swordfish and then monkfish to 99 but dont do sharks or rocktails .

Some methods of good XP rates gain profit aswell with not much XP loss per hour

Or just use good old maths and work out that raw lobsters are cheaper than cooked lobsters and my cookin is 76+ so I do not burn any so it's just pure profit ...
