How to start your own youtube channel

Youtube Channel Name:

First things first you will need to create your youtube account. So try to name it as something that best fits you.

Example:
-iMod4You2
-OGxMOFO
-"Your TTG name"

Setting Up your Channel:
First thing you will needd to make your youtube channel a little bit more cozy is a nice and smooth youtube background.

You can either make your own youtube background with Gimp or Photoshop or request one in the Photoshop Board Forum.

Youtube Avatar:
This is kinda the same thing as the youtube background but I might as well talk about this to. So you can use Gimp or Photoshop or Request one in the photoshopboard forum.

Tutorial:

Starting to Upload Videos:
Ok so now that you have your channel setup with a Youtube BG and a Avatar nows time to start Uploading Videos. So as we all know the majority of this site is Gaming and well Modding but I know we also have a lot of unique people that like to do creative things. SO first of we will talk about the Gaming and Modding Community first. So all you gamers will need a capture card. Ex.HD PVR, Easy Cap, Dazzle DVC 100.

Forums/viewtopic/t=82053.html

Now if you want to make tutorials on your computer you will need a screen recorder. Ex. Camtasia 7

I use Camtasia Studio 7 but you can use whatever you want just search youtube for Screen Recorders. Now I know Camtasia is not free but I got a serial key for free on mine. NowI don't remember how or where I got my Key from but just search or you can buy the program.

Camtasia Studio 7:

Editing Programs:
Now if this might be the most important part of the video process cause without this your video will look awful. Now the main program everybody uses is Sony Vegas Pro 9 but you can get more programs if you would like.

How to get Sony Vegas Pro 9:

Other Programs You can get are Adobe After Effects, Max 3DS, and Cinema 4D but theres a million editing programs so you might just have to look.

Render Settings for all Capture Cards and Camtasia 7:

Hauppage HD PVR 720p Render Settings:

EasyCap:

Getting the Subs:

Now I know it can seem like its impossible to get subs and it takes forever for somebody to find your videos and you feel like nobody will ever sub to you. Well theres no reason to give up there are someways you can get subs faster either by getting into peoples sub box or by doing sub 4 subs.

Sub 4 Sub
Abbreviation for "Subscription for Subscription" on video-featured websites such as "Youtube.com". Sub 4 Sub is a request to subscribe to your profile with a guarantee to subscribe to the subscriber's profile.

Here are a few places that I know of where you can do sub 4 subs.

The S4S Official Sub4Sub Group:

Editing Videos On Youtube:

To get to Annotations, Audio Swapping, and Editor on Youtube follow these pictures and steps.

1. Go to youtube.com

2. Go to the name of your channel icon in the corner then click My Videos.

3. Look at the top of the page and you should see the video editior option.

4. Now if you want to add annotations to a video you will have to click on the video and at the top you will see the video editor, audio swap, and annotations and the other stuff.
