so i have my xbox hooked upto my monitor on the vga input and my computer in the dvi input and i was wondering if i could record gameplay on xbox?

Don't listen to these people it won't work. You can't do it with a monitor because you can't use splitters with vga.

you dont understand its on two inputs like two different cords. One cord has my computer and has the xbox
