Alright so I really want a banner that is cartoonish. Cartoonish letters, A cartoon of myself, etc. I already have a photo of myself that i want made into a cartoon but im not very good in photoshop. I looked up tutorials but photoshop is not my thing! Im willing to pay $15-20 for anyone that can make me a Cartoonish banner! If youre up for it ill explaing with more details on what I want it to look like.
