My computer will run Google Chrome but it will not run Internet Explorer. I know nothing about computers but if we could Skype and talk about this, that would be a lot easier than typing on this Website. (: Or I don't know ... But I want't to just be able to use the regular Internet Explorer ...

Did you uninstall it? Try running it as an administrator. Also Google chrome is much better browser than IE.
