Hats wrote are the chips already programmed? all I have to do is install them and im all set? and whats the deal on the Jasper?


They are not programmed. you can put any hex code on them. The jasper is a working console that can be RGHed or used as a regular console.

I dont. I think VGC repairs may also have them though.
