yes it does , it means he is newer to the site and isn't as trustworthy as someone who's on it all the time , check my profile I have posts from the past year of people thanking me for providing a service for them and members posting from shops I previously ran ... So obviously someone who has the Repp and post to prove it is legit.. Keep to yourself this is between me and Rondo.. I don't think I'd have people thanking me for my services , if he thinks I'ma scammer , when we have been in no contact about the trade.
