I simply just want a PC that can Minecraft with as little lag as possible...

If he wants to run a texture pack pc specs matter dramatically.
Texture packs make minecraft beautiful. It seems it takes a decent computer to run those which are HD. Along with a high FPS rate.

Sadly i own own a laptop with a bad graphics card.Lol..
