I have a flashed xbox and an xtra dvd drive for a xbox. Since I wouldn't want to get banned would i be able to just put in the unflashed drive in the xbox and play online with regualr games?

Anything I should know please help!

there is no need to use an unflashed drive, as your xbox would log information all the time. As long as your flashing with lt3.0 or lt2.0b you are perfectly fine to play online with burnt and regular games.

You cant just swap it out. You would need to flash the ID's to the drive for it to work, and i think you might be okay if you flashed it with the newest LT like the guy above said

For some reason when I plugged in the xbox that I haven't plugged in for a month has 3 red rings for no reason I do no know of.
