If that is the case, that means that it must have been made thousands of years ago, so it had chance to evolve into the aids virus....

Radiation could of sped up the mutation?

There's a lot of things we wonder why they do such things.

China for example are an over populated country.. Maybe it was a test that went wrong and was released or maybe it evolved from someone doing stuff with animals I don't know.
