How Much Did You Buy It For? Because That Probably Wont Run Games like BF3 On Good Settings, Because Its Only A Pentium, And You Also Don't Have A Second Graphics Card? Your Only using The Integrated Intel HD 2000 Graphics. Youll Be Able To Run Minecraft But Not Games Like BF3, Sorry Mate.

Probably not much, your processor and graphics card is low. I wouldn't expect it to play BF3, or Call of duty. But maybe games like minecraft, and Team Fortress 2.

It's not going to run much out of the box. You could buy a very cheap graphics card and run a few more games, but it's unlikely you'll be able to run anything recently released.
I would try downloading some F2P games and see if they run. Team Fortress 2, League of Legends, etc.

^ This does not guarantee you can run something, but I'd check it out. Sometimes it's accurate, sometimes it's not.

Graphics card is complete crap look into getting a 7870.
Processor is crap again look into getting an intel core i5 3450 atleast or an AMD Phenom II
You could have built this computer that you got for less than 400$
