the health/stamina/magicka is still 100 with no faster regeneration rate..

You didn't do the correct code to increase your health/magicka/stamina and I'm pretty sure that is the wrong code for stamina increase rate. You should have had these:

player.setAV Health 300
player.setAV Magicka 600
player.setAV Stamina 600


As for the regen rate, I'm not sure of the exact coding for it but a good idea might be to just force enchant a ring with the required spells i.e regenerate stamina/magicka

I'm not a modder, I just help out if I see codes are wrong, I let the requester know so they can fix them up to avoid any issues when the save doesn't come back correctly. As far as I can see the other codes are correct. But as I said above, you'd be best to just use a ring for the regen rate like this:

The codes can be found using the uesp.net site, where I use for any requests I put in.
