Is it just me or can you not open the save game in Horizon ,if u can open it can someone help me please

Savegames will often appear with an internet explorer icon, this does not.
What you need to do is open your own COD4 savegame in Horizon, go to the contents tab, right click on that savegame and select "Replace" then, you are to place that savegame in it's place.
Rehash & Resign, after doing that - select your device on COD4, Resume game, restart the game, let the credits roll, save & quit, continue on what ever mission you'd like to play, press the back button, and use the dpads to control the binds.
Instructions for the binds are in the credits after you restart the mission.

For those missions that you have to select something with your dpads, just go to your options in the start menu, controls, then exit the start menu, this will give you default binds. If you wish to switch back, just press select.

go on to horizon, find your save, click on contents and hit replace and then rehash and resign
