I am looking for a pre-built right now as I will not be the one paying for it. My budget would be $700 max.

This does not exist. Your only option would be CyberPowerPC but they overcharge like it's nothing.

Just because you fell into top-notch marketing and want to be edgy does not mean it's a good machine. Actually, it's one of the worst. You're paying more for less.

Do you think people with Dr. Dre headphones buy them because they know a thing or two about audio? NO! They buy them because their pals have them and/or they want to be hip and edgy regardless if they sound worse than alternative $50 headphones! You're doing the exact same thing.
