If you want your CPU Key or your DVD Key, you need to boot into Xell.

Irregardless if you have a working dvd drive or not, the console will still boot into xell/xellious/xellReloaded. Then you can get both cpu and dvd from it shown in the picture in the earlier comments

You can do it in 3 Methods
1. Xell (BEST ALTERNATIVE)
2. Backup nand then open in Flash 360 TOOL (Requires CPU KEY!)
3. Download and then install the Newest Dashlaunch 3.02, Then Copy the Install\Default.xex
to your Dashlaunch folder
-------SUBDIRECTORYS-------
EX: {XEXMENU} Hdd0:\
Or
FTP {Hdd:\}
Then Run the Default.xex Within that install folder VIA Xex Menu / Xbox 360 neighborhood
When it Asks to install Updates aka "Kernals"
DO SO
****WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS IF YOU HAVE A RGLOADED CONSOLE ****
Doing So WILL Brick your Nand *Requiring a Complete Re-Flash*
Only do this "IF" you have a SMC patched JTAG OR a Coolrunner (Glitched) RGH'ED Console!
Hope I helped

I shouldn't have to go into detail about how dumb that sounds but it does.
You get a DVD key from the DVD drive... not a CPU key...
