I'm very new to making backgrounds but i have watched a lot of tutorials and can make some pretty sexy backgrounds.
But first I need to know your screen resolution ( search Google on how to find out)

can u make me 1 Sayin freeze in blue text that looks frozen if you can and the background black and add like flares and stuff
