I just made a new avatar since I am getting more and more into the Graphics Section. Can you give me some feedback on the new avatar and tell me which one you prefer? Thanks!
Also, This may be a really stupid question but how can I smooth the edges? I forget
P.S: 5 Pounds Bet that Inkz will comment because he is a sexy boss
Old
New V1.1 (Fixed jagged edges)

If his answer matches what I think then you won't like his answer.

By Far your newer one Much more clean and Kept simple The other one In all honesty Is over textured and Honestly pretty overdone in general. The first one is Honestly Not that good at all. I can tell you tried to keep a color scheme here in the first one but the texturing and Weird background broke it.
Stick with the second one

2nd one is by far the better one....
Work on the slice more and the smaller text needs to be a little bigger, so you can still read it when resized for TTG.
Colours are nice.

Just because you are a more experienced graphics artist than others you think that you can put other people down. You never give advice and always trash others work. Don't post if you are just going to say d0uchey things.
To the OP: I think the second one is much better. The first one is kind of an overedit.
